Online Re-Registration Now Required by Missouri for 2009

Use any internet browser and go to this URL: www.ussoccer.info

  1. Follow the instructions you recived in the mail; Your login ID may be an  R followed by your 16 digit USSF ID number (no dashes) or it may be just your 16 digit USSF ID number.  Your Password may be your last name or your date of birth in MMDDYYYY format.  If you did not receive a re-registration packet and  you need your 16 digit USSF ID number then click on Forgot USSFID?  on the login page. 
  2. Once you are logged in, your name will appear in the top left corner.
  3. Click on the "Referee" tab.
  4. In the left blue panel click on "Referee Registration". Your 2009 application will appear.  You can now begin to fill it out.
  5. On the top of the screen is your biographical information. Review it. If there are any changes, click on the link below the box and edit the data.  Strongly suggest you enter your email address because if you don't, they can't send you an electronic confirmation.
  6. Next you will see the Referee Type boxes you are eligible to submit. You may register for more than one, if you are eligible.
  7. Continue down the rest of the form, answering all questions if required.
  8. When you are satisfied that all information is correct, click on "I agree to terms and conditions" and click "Continue"
  9. Note the total amount of your fees
  10. Once you choose the "Pay Online" option, you will be direct to a secure card card payment site to submit your payment using a VISA or MasterCard.
  11. Print a copy of the confirmation page.   You will need that at the recertification clinic.  If you loose it before then, you can print off the USSF confirmation again IF you gave them an email address to send it to.
  12. Your are finished with the application.  It now stays in the Missouri "queue" and will be released by the state administration as soon as you complete all the 2009 requirements for each grade/category you re-registered for.
  13. If you are an Instructor, Assessor or Assignor, for 2009 you are also required to fill out Kid Safe before your re-registration will be accepted.  You should use the instructions that will be emailed to you directly from the state administration.  Link to Online MYSA Kid Safe  Select "Referee" on both the initial page AND on the top of the data page in this process.  Fill in information requested, remembering to print a copy of the certificate.
