As of May 1, 2011 MRDP will no longer accept personal checks from clinic registrants the day of the clinic. Only cash, or a certified Money Order payable to MRDP, will be accepted the day of a clinic. MRDP can now accept payments online via PayPal, you can use this option with any major credit card without creating an account with PayPal through this site.

Most clinic sizes are limited due to seating capacity, so please reserve your seat by placing your reservation and paying online today.  If you opt to pay cash at the door, please go ahead and register online, check the cash payment option (COD) when you signup. BUT BE AWARE, your advanced registration will ONLY hold your seat if you prepay using the paypal option.  If a clinic fills up, 10 days before the clinic COD signups may be replaced if additional paypal signups come in.

If you cannot attend a clinic you have registered for please contact the administrator or contact for a given clinic as soon as you know you will not be attending, that way anyone waiting for a clinic slot can still sign up if you cannot fill your seat.  If you paid using paypal, a full refund will be issued back to your card when your slot is filled by a replacement, or after the clinic is complete.  If a specific clinic allows it, and you wish to pay with a personal check, the check must be received by MRDP at least 30 days before the clinic date, otherwise you will have to wait for your check to clear before you can be registered and assigned games.  If that option is available for a specific clinic, there will be an address to mail it to in the clinic signup details.  If you attend a clinic that allows checks, you must bring a self-addressed pre-stamped envelope for your badge to be mailed to you after your check clears.  You will NOT be registered until after your check clears, so you can't be assigned games by an assignor until your record is released at USSF.   You should know that paypay has an e-check option available at no extra charge through this registration site.  If you sign up, and pay through paypal, and you just fail to show up without letting anyone know before hand, your refund may not be for the full amount.

If a clinic is canceled for any reason you will be notified and a full refund will be processed.  It will either be mailed to the address in your profile or, if you paid online, in the case of a cancelled clinic, a full refund will be credited back to the same credit card you originally paid with.
