MRDP Group 1536 Assigning - League or Assignor payment policy
All participating leagues and assignors that use the online assignment system in the Game Officials, Group 1536, under MRDP must comply with this payment policy of the Missouri Referee Development Program (MRDP).
Game Officials does not bill MRDP usage fees until 60 days after the fact. That is, MRDP is billed on May 1 for game assignments made in the month of March.
MRDP promptly bills each entity their usage fees for the month being billed. From the time of billing, all fees must be paid to MRDP within 30 days. After 45 days, failure to pay these fees can result in all access to the assignment system being terminated.
At any point after the 45 days is reached, a 5% late fee will be imposed on the total amount due. Service will not be restored until all fees are paid.
Please note that MRDP does not profit financially by providing this service. The fees and penalties, hopefully, will be a determent and are imposed to reduce administrative tasks of the volunteer staff of MRDP.
